He who exchanges wishes for paracausal gifts through heavy-handed bargaining with the wisher and the undulant Night — an assured creature whose discovery of life is as nihilistic as the very belief in nothingness. Seems to have a strange connection to an underground, Suramarian syndicate colloquially known as, The Hive.

The work of a Night Oracle is as mysterious as it is opulent. For Nepenthe, skilled in the mathematical art of Astromancy since his youth, joining an Order over a House was far more logical. The simplicity of his visage is a disguise for the complexity of his doings, the religious experience of his art, and the very gift of what they bestow. Practiced mouthpieces for the Night — the metaphysical culmination of the arcane and the stars. Through divination, the Oracle studied and devoted himself, like many, to the preservation of its power. Though nobility via selflessness, he possesses no great title, no powerful house name, and no relics of his personal success. His purpose is for the people. What selfishness lies beneath is uncomfortably quiet.
